I Didn’t Start 2P Wellness Because I Was Fit
I Started It Because I Was Struggling.
Before I begin talking about wellness, nutrition, or habits,
I want to tell you something important.
This is not a success story.
This is a real story.
My name is Ashish Yawalkar, founder of 2P Wellness.
And no —
I was not always a wellness coach.
I became one because I went through the same silent health struggle that most working professionals are going through today.
From the Outside, Everything Looked Fine
Like many professionals, my life looked “normal” to others.
I was:
- Busy with work
- Mentally occupied
- Responsible towards family
- Educated and aware
There was no visible problem.
But slowly, quietly, something started changing.
Energy was not the same.
Digestion felt uncomfortable more often than not.
Weight started increasing.
Sleep became lighter and disturbed.
Stress stopped being occasional — it became constant.
Nothing dramatic happened.
No sudden illness.
No emergency.
Just a slow decline that I kept ignoring.
Because it felt manageable.
The Most Dangerous Phase of Health Is When Problems Feel Normal

That phase is extremely dangerous.
Because when health problems don’t shout,
we convince ourselves they don’t exist.
I told myself:
- “It’s just work pressure.”
- “Everyone feels tired.”
- “I’ll fix it later.”
Later never came.
And that’s when I realised something painful but true:
Health doesn’t collapse suddenly.
It erodes quietly.
I Tried Everything That Everyone Recommends
Like most people, I did what sounded right.
Gym — sometimes.
Diet plans — for a few weeks.
Online advice — randomly.
Medical reports — regularly.
Nothing lasted.
Not because I didn’t try hard enough.
But because all these solutions assume one thing:
That you have time.
That you have low stress.
That you have energy left after work.
Professional life doesn’t offer that luxury.
The Truth No One Talks About
Professional life is designed for:
- Productivity
- Deadlines
- Screens
- Sitting
- Mental overload
It is not designed for human biology.
Long commutes.
Late dinners.
Irregular routines.
Constant pressure.
And then we blame ourselves for not being “disciplined”.
That’s when I understood something deeply:
I was not failing at health.
The system was failing people like me.
The Awakening That Changed Everything
One day, a simple realisation hit me hard:
Health problems are not created by one bad habit.
They are created by years of small neglect.
And extreme solutions don’t work for professionals.
Professionals don’t need motivation.
They need systems.
Health had to be:
- Simple
- Practical
- Time-efficient
- Sustainable on stressful days
That realisation changed my entire approach.
I Stopped Chasing Big Changes
I Started Fixing the Basics
Instead of doing more, I started doing what actually matters.
- Smart daily nutrition
- Filling nutritional gaps
- Simple habits that fit working life
- Proper hydration
- Better sleep support
- Stress reduction through structure
No extreme workouts.
No crash diets.
No unrealistic routines.
Slowly, something shifted.
Energy improved.
Digestion stabilised.
Sleep deepened.
Focus returned.
But the biggest change was internal.
I stopped fighting my body.
I started supporting it.
That’s When I Truly Understood This Truth
Health is not about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things — consistently.
Consistency beats intensity.
Structure beats motivation.
Simplicity beats extremes.
The Birth of 2P Wellness
As changes became visible, people around me started asking questions.
Busy professionals.
Educated people.
Hard-working individuals.
All saying the same thing:
“I know what to do… but I can’t follow it.”
“I’m successful, but exhausted.”
“I’m aware, yet unhealthy.”
That’s when 2P Wellness was born.
2P means: Wellness for Professional People.
My Mission Is Simple — And Personal
I am not here to push extremes.
I am not here to add pressure.
My mission is simple:
To help working professionals:
- Restore energy
- Manage weight
- Protect long-term health
Without extreme workouts or complicated diets.
Because professionals don’t need more stress?
They need clarity, structure, and the right guidance.
What I Strongly Believe Today
After living this journey myself, I believe one thing deeply:
Health should feel supportive — not stressful.
Simple — not complicated.
Sustainable — not extreme.
That belief is the foundation of 2P Wellness.
Not theory.
Not trends.
Real life.
Real professionals.
Real solutions.
Simple Habits. Big Impact.
Wellness designed for professional life.
